Meditation Evening Classes.

Relax, Breathe and Unwind in a very special way.

These Classes are designed to restore balance to the mind and body.
You will learn how to tap into, your vast internal resources. Through Hypno-mediations, self hypnosis, progressive relaxation, mindfulness, transcendental meditation and so much more.
Together they become a natural powerful tool, beneficial to one’s health, enabling benevolent and sustainable changes.
A profound state of rest: much deeper than ordinary relaxation, even deeper than sleep.
Inner happiness: clearly measurable through increase of happiness hormones.
Holistic brain development: measurable through EEG brain wave coherence measurements.
It is extremely important to reduce the stress we carry in our lives and when practiced regularly contemplation, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation have many benefits for combating STRESS in our lives. Meditation is one of the quickest and simplest ways to create a relaxation response in the body-mind.
If we ignore that inner voice that tells us to slow down or take a break, at some point our health will begin to suffer, at the very least our ability to withstand stress or the pressures of daily life will weaken us, reduce our immune response and keep us in an anxious state. The Classes involve learning to become more aware of our bodily sensations as well as our thoughts and feelings by focusing our full attention on them moment to moment, observing watching …allowing them to pass by without judgment. We call this witnessing. (A process of observing oneself from outside)
When the mind is relaxed, it is better equipped and more effectively able to organize and manage thought processes, making decisions easier and ultimately enhancing the general feeling of wellbeing which in turn strengthens the mind.

Classes run on Thursday evenings at 8pm-9pm and run for 6 weeks
Please bring a blanket pillow and yoga mat along with you.
