This Cacao Playground is for

• Anyone with an inner child that wants to feel free and get creative!
• Someone who wants to relax and lighten up and play.
• Spiritual Mums/Dads who want to bring their children along to their spiritual practice.

Cacao is a beautiful and incredible heart opening medicine & partner on your spiritual journey.

This Cacao (Chocolate – yes!), comes from the “Chocolate Shaman“ in Guatamala – Keith Wilson. Working with cacao brings many benefits including:

• Diving deep into yourself, your spiritual practice & your healing.
• Feelings of bliss, happiness, peace, joy & love.
• Creativity & Fun
• Releasing old patterns, beliefs & blocks.

The Cacao Spirit works closely with those who partner with Cacao as a gentle guide & teacher on our spiritual journey. Mama Cacao works through gentle, loving guidance bringing us back to ourselves.

If you feel her calling, you can work with Sarah to expand and open your beautiful heart!

Sarah will serve a “creative dose” of ceremonial Cacao (Your kids can have some too!) There will be lots of creative things we can use for our playground – Mandalas, Markers, Paper, Magazines, Scissors, Drums, Toys and so much more.

You can come and sit in meditation, get creative with paper or music or just be in the energy of love, play and healing.

Kids come free.
