Breathwork Workshop with Vicky Lincoln

I believe in the power of breath.  I believe breathing can save us.  I believe breathing can help us release emotions, come back into the body, and help us heal.
Our bodies are so much smarter than us.  When we come back into the body, we can release trauma, energy, and emotions that have been stuck in the body for years.  Being fully present with our emotions can be scary, but letting go of them is so freeing.  If we want to create our dream life, we have to let go of everything holding us back.  We need to release all that does not belong.  And it starts in the body.  If you’ve found me, come and give breathwork a try.  I’m here to guide you, hold a safe and loving space for you, and you’ve literally got nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

The session is 90 minutes long.  We will use a combination of breathing patterns throughout the practise.
Please bring with you a yoga mat to lay on, and a comfy blanket to wrap over you in case you get cold during the session.
