Beginners Yoga – Class Description

My beginners yoga class is an introduction to both hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga. Whether you’re a total beginner or have only attended a handful of classes this is the perfect class for you! You’ll learn a different of yoga poses, including variations to suit your individual abilities, to begin building strength and flexibility. You’ll also learn simple breathwork and meditation techniques so that you leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed!
