Mat based class designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Beginner to Intermediate Pilate classes are aimed at those new to Pilates or those who have had a very long break since their last Pilates sessions. You will learn the fundamentals of Pilates, practise the correct technique for ensuring that you are always working from your core, understand how to move correctly and learn the beginner to improver level movements.
Small classes of six people means you will be working closely with your Pilates instructor.
The aim of the class is to help students of Pilates to learn in a fun and interesting way and to allow them to incorporate the principles of Pilates into their everyday life.

These classes are perfect for beginners or those who haven’t practised pilates in some time.
Classes:
Monday: 6pm – 7pm
Wednesday:10am to 11am, 11:00am – 12:00pm, 6.00pm – 7.00pm 7.00 to 8.00pm
Thursday: 5.30pm to 6.30pm, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Friday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
