Beginners Hatha Yoga

This class series will introduce the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, weaving breathwork, meditation, physical postures and philosophy in a beautifully accessible way.

Students will be guided with verbal description, demonstration and assistance throughout class, with an emphasis on understanding and stability of each pose.

By honing in on the fundamentals of the practice, students will feel confident in their ability to progress in future yoga classes.

When: Monday mornings 10am to 11am
