Join me for an informative workshop on essentials oils for managing stress. I will explain the basics of essential oils and how they can be used. You will be introduced to my favourite and most effective oils that can help alleviate fatigue,anxiety,nausea and low mood– all as a result of high stress levels.
We will finish with some relaxation and a guided meditation to help ease your current stress and bring your body back into balance.
I will email an ebook with all essential oils used in the workshop and their properties, prior to the workshop.
