Aisling Moran

Aisling Moran

I was first introduced to yoga in 2017 while at university. After attending my first class, I instantly fell in love with it and have been consistently practicing ever since. In 2022, I decided to travel to Costa Rica and complete my 200hr teacher training with Peter KaaberbΓΈl of LagoCPH. During this training I studied Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga and meditation, as well as completing 30hr Thai yoga massage training.

I believe that yoga is a life long journey of self-discovery, understanding and acceptance. I have a background in both music and dance so my yoga practice and teaching style is infused with a creative, expressive and lyrical quality. Facilitating yoga classes is a privilege I am grateful for every day and I hope to provide a safe space for people of all abilities and backgrounds to connect deeply with themselves.

Vinyasa Flow

What is it?

VinyasaΒ is a flowing, dance like yoga style that links a variety of yoga postures with smooth
transitions and no two classes are the same.
Expect to flow through fluid and creative sequences of postures that promote strength and length
in the body and mind. Each class will include variations of sun salutations, standing postures and
seated postures, all guided by the breath.
This will be an open level class, suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis with variations
to suit all.
