Hi Everyone,
My name is Brigita Volkova, I am a Hatha Yoga teacher. Originally started Yoga practising since 2013. I became so passionate about Yoga so I decided to become a teacher. I understood that Yoga is everything and even more, but the most what I understood how to find the inner balance.
I would like to share my energy and knowledge with you all and help to find your own inner balance.

Hatha Yoga – Core Strength

This is a yoga class which concentrates on physical health, Core Strength & mental well-being. Core yoga classes will include (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation/relaxation at the end of each class. The main goal of strengthening core, oblique, feeling more powerful and beautiful at your waist line. Bring back your confidence.

Tuesdays 8.00pm to 9.00pm
