Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga is a 45 minute class which is suitable for beginners and mixed levels. Mindful Yoga is a combination of meditation, hatha flow and yin yoga.

We will start with a guided mediation to connect with your breathing, gently moving to an active practice. Allowing the body to mindfully transition between releasing poses to benefit mind and body. We will finish off with a calming relaxation and meditation.
