Finger Free Reflexology Training

Finger Free Reflexology Training

David Wayte is returning to River Holistic on Saturday 28th July to deliver his FingerFree® Reflexology course – which is fully accepted CPD by NRRI and worth 100 cpd points.
As the name suggests, treatment is delivered without placing any unnecessary strain on finger and thumb joints – great for therapists who are already feeling the strain of giving Classical Reflexology treatments, and important too, for those who want to extend their working career.
Finger Free® Reflexology is designed to give a full and deep treatment to your client, without unnecessary strain or stress to the fingers and thumbs. This unique, radical, new technique aims to help extend your working life, and open up a whole new way of working on the feet.

Andrew James, author of ‘Hands On Healing’ says the following:
“Having run a reflexology practitioners school for over 20 years I have come across many new approaches to reflexology treatments, linking and vertical to name but a few, but until now I have never found a technique that I feel every practitioner needs to learn, until I came across David Wayte’s “finger free reflexology”. Not only will this approach keep your hands healthy and safe it revitalises the treatment approach. The finger free technique is taught in a step by step method for treating the feet. It is clear, precise and easy to follow. You will pick it up in no time. I had the pleasure of David treating my feet with finger free and I was amazed at how good it felt and how effective it was. If you only book one CPD course this year take my advice and do a workshop with David. I was very impressed, and remember its stress free for your hands.
Andrew James MAR”

Finger Free® Reflexology utilises metacarpal and radial heads on the hand and wrist, together with other areas of the hand and arms to give effortless, deep treatment to your clients’ feet. Finger Free® also draws on the principles of Zone Therapy and Meridians, in order to enhance the healing power of classical Reflexology.
If you enjoy giving Reflexology treatments, but find that after a few clients, your fingers are beginning to ache, then Finger Free® could be just what you have been looking for. The techniques used in Finger Free® Reflexology reduce wear and tear on the finger joints and, therefore, assist in extending your working life.
Another advantage that Finger Free® Reflexology offers, is for the Reflexologist who has carpel tunnel syndrome, and/or double jointed fingers (or thumbs). Because the techniques are so different, and because the pressure applied is less, this new form of Reflexology has the potential to become a ‘career saver’.
If you are lucky enough to have strong hands and, as yet, don’t experience any signs of finger strain, Finger Free® Reflexology still has the advantage of offering your clients a different style of treatment, enabling your treatments to remain fresh, varied and interesting.
I am very excited about this radical way of practising Reflexology because, not only does it benefit the therapists who use it, by helping to protect them from Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs), but I have also had Reflexologists all over the country telling me of dramatic healing responses from their clients too.
I hope I will have the pleasure of training you in July

David
