Kaye will lead you through a Healing Meditation followed by a yin yoga sequence focusing on the stomach, spleen and heart.

After the last few days of festivities the Healing Meditation and Yin sequence will help ease tension within the body, physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically and get you ready for the New Year with positive energy.

Yin Yoga is very healing for the body, as it brings pressure to these non-contractile tissues and allows them to be slowly stressed and safely stretched to accommodate a more balanced feeling, physically and energetically in the body.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is to restore and rejuvenate.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation. It is a method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Lying in shavasana one follows the teacher’s voice on a journey of inner healing.
